The Crew Compass is made by crew, in crew time. These terms keep it workable for everyone.
The Crew Compass is an independent layover guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an information source of any airline. It never replaces official company information: rosters, briefings, security procedures and company policy always come from your airline's own systems.
Places, tips, hotel details and routes are largely contributed by fellow crew. We review what we can, but opening hours change and memories differ — always double-check what matters. Use of the information is at your own risk.
By adding content you give The Crew Compass the right to show and edit it within the app. Add only what you're allowed to share: no confidential company material, no personal data of colleagues, no content you don't own. We may remove contributions that don't fit the app.
The app and the crew shop codes are for crew. Don't scrape the app, share crew-only codes publicly, or use the chats for anything you wouldn't say in the crew bus.
The app is currently free while in its test phase. A paid version may be introduced later; if so, this will be announced in the app well in advance and you decide then whether to continue.
The app is provided as-is. We are not liable for damage arising from the use of the app or from acting on information in it, to the extent the law allows.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address. Questions: support@thecrewcompass.app.
