Who we are

The Crew Compass is an independent app made by crew, based in the Netherlands. Contact for anything privacy-related: support@thecrewcompass.app.

Your roster

If you link your roster calendar or upload a roster, it is read on your device only. The app extracts nightstops (airport + dates) to show your next destination. Roster contents are never uploaded to our servers.

What we do store

• Account: your email address and chosen display name, to sign you in and sync your favourites.
• Contributions: places, photos, tips, hotel details and route corrections you add to the shared guide — with your display name, or anonymously if you choose so.
• Chats: messages you send in flight and group chats, visible to the participants.
• Feedback: messages and screenshots you send via Feedback.

Airline requests via this website

If you request support for your airline, we store your airline, base, email and — if you attach them — your roster PDF or calendar link. These are stored privately, used only to build support for your airline and to let you know when it's ready, and deleted afterwards on request.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase on servers in the EU. We use no advertising, no trackers, and no analytics beyond what Apple provides for TestFlight builds.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time via support@thecrewcompass.app. Deleting your account removes your personal data; anonymous contributions to the shared guide may remain.
